SUMMARY

Testosterone(T), which has a molecular weight of 288.4 D.In the circulatory system, about 97% to 99% of testosterone binds to plasma proteins.Among them,60% of testosterone in the blood is bound to sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG),38% is bound to albumin, and 2% is free. The binding testosterone in the blood is not biologically active,and only free testosterone can enter the rake cells to exert its physiological effects.

PRINCIPLE OF THE PROCEDURE

The membrane of the test device is coated with the conjugate of BSA and Testosterone on the test region and goat anti rabbit IgG antibody on the control region. Marker pad are coated by fluorescence mark anti Testosterone antibody and rabbit IgG in advance. When testing sample, Testosterone in sample combine with fluorescence marked anti Testosterone antibody, and form immune mixture. Under the action of the immunochromatography, the complex flow in the direction of absorbent paper, when complex passed the test region, The free fluorescent marker will be combined with Testosterone on the membrane.The concentration of Testosterone is negative correlation for fluorescence signal, and the concentration of Testosterone in sample can be detected by fluorescence immunoassay assay.
