1. INTEDED USE
This kit is intended for the in vitro qualitative detection of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D (25-OH Vitamin D) in human serum/plasma/whole blood/fingertip samples to evaluate the level of Vitamin D. The kit only provides test result of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D.

3.TEST METHOD

Open the aluminum foil bag package of reagent, and take out the test device;

| 2 | Gently touch the pipette tip to the blood drop(serum/plasma/whole blood/fingertip).The pipette well self-fill with the required volumn(10UL). |
| 3 | Release blood sample by touch the tip of disposable pipette to sample pad. |
| 4 | Release blood sample onto "S" well sampling pad by touching the tip of disposable pipette |
| 5 | Remove the cap of sample diluent,Vertically add 3 drops to D hole. |
| 6 | Interpret result within 10-15 minutes,and detection result is invalid after 15 minutes(see details result in result interpretation). |
