1. INTEDED USE
Diagnostic Kit for Prostate Specific Antigen (Colloidal Gold ) is a semi-quantitative detection of Prostate Specific Antigen (t-PSA) in human serum or plasma. The ratio of t-PSA can be used in the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia.

3.TEST METHOD
4.OPERATION
1.Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag, place it on a horizontal worktable flat, and make aproper mark.
2.For serum/plasma/whole blood samples, use a disposable pipette to take 1 drops (approx. 20 µL) and add them to the spiked wells, then add 2 drop of sample diluent.
3.The result shall be read within 15-20 minutes. Test result obtained after 20 minutes is invalid (for detail about result see Interpretation of Test Results).
