1. INTEDED USE
This kit is applicable to the in vitro quantitative detection on the content of total thyroxine (TT4) in human serum/plasma samples and is mainly used for evaluating thyroid function. This kit only provides test result of total thyroxine (TT4). The obtained result should be analyzed in combination with other clinical information. It must only be used by healthcare professionals.

3.TEST METHOD
| 1 | Remove test device from aluminum foil pouch, lie it on a horizontal workbench, and do a good job in marking; |
| 2 | Slowly draw 80µL of serum/plasma sample at a time. Be cautious not to draw bubbles. |
| 3 | Add the drawn sample to sample diluent. Mix the sample and the sample diluent sufficiently for one minute;Pipette 80µL of the mixed solution to sample hole of the test device. During sampling, be cautious not to draw bubbles; |
| 4 | Click the "standard test" button,after 10 minutes, the instrument will automatically detect the test card, it can read the results from the display screen of the instrument, and record/print the test results. |
